The laughter of gamers and the sound of winning faded over the years to the occasional ring of a $5 win. I walked around and tried to find a floor person to help her which kept telling my friend to just hold on and someone would be over to help. I waited over an hour with a friend whose machine malfunctioned causing her to be stuck there or walk away from $ she had in the machine. The hotels cant keep up so rooms were no longer as clean or not clean at all. Since then it has been a downward ride with very low to no payouts, not enough employees causing long waits at the restaurants, players club desks (if you can still find one open) and throughout the entire casino. I've been going to Winstar since 2003 and have watched the casino rise to a wonderfully clean and fun place with tons of wins and a beautiful hotel/resort.
